As a strategist, you bring original, compelling thought to crafting strategies, inspiring those around you to see things in a new light that open up new avenues for creativity. Your research and thinking help unlock insights that spark brilliant creative ideas and your strategy helps build highly-effective campaigns for our clients.
Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50, annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Contribution:
You are the bridge between creative and business leadership, helping shape the strategic narrative that grounds and inspires the creative teams in developing Legacy-building work.
- Strategic Planning:
Independently develop an insight that is actionable, goal-oriented and provides a unique orientation for a project. Independently leads to creation and delivery of focused and inspiring briefs. And review creative and identify where the work is in- or out-of-line with the strategy, maintaining strategic integrity throughout the project.
- Research & Analysis:
Take ownership of analyzing and summarizing research, using established methods, while identifying relevant insights for strategy development. Consider ways of unearthing and sharing consumer, cultural, and industry insights in an ongoing way.
- Innovation:
Use AI-powered platforms to analyze market dynamics and audience behavior, turning complex data into actionable strategies that can inform our work. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of agency and creative processes and understand how strategy fits into them. Understand what is important to your team and colleagues to help them fulfill their role in the end-to-end process.
- Client
Collaboration:
Demonstrate your knowledge of what is important to your clients and understand why in the context of the “bigger picture”.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in strategic roles within an agency or related environment, with proven progress on your strategic expertise.
- Some experience in integrating AI and other emerging technologies to improve the agency’s strategic output.
- Ability to help build insights, brand strategy, comms planning, and experience design capabilities in a fast paced agency environment.
- Understanding of the creative development process in an agency environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to maintain strong relationships with colleagues across strategy, business leadership and creative communities.
- Driven by curiosity and actively engaged in learning about and sharing new trends and news that are relevant to client opportunities.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a positive approach to teamwork and feedback.
