Momentum’s Experiential Production (XP) Team is searching for a dedicated producer with over three years’ experience in the experiential marketing industry. You will be managing various event activations, including mobile tours and major sponsor ships, while ensuring client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and a readiness to travel are essential for this role to bring events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute projects within budget and timelines

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Manage event components and reporting

• Mentor junior team members

• Negotiate details with vendors and organizers

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in experiential marketing

• Knowledge of sustainable event production preferred

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong project management skills

• Effective communication abilities
