As part of TMU's Athletics and Recreation department, you will bring creativity and organization to various marketing initiatives. With a focus on game day activations and fan experiences, you will directly engage student communities and local sports fans. A hands-on approach ensures seamless execution of approximately 100 home games each year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution
• Manage game day activations and in-game fan interaction
• Supervise student staff and track project progress
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee budget administration and event logistics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Minimum three years in marketing or event coordination
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Understanding of accessibility standards
Drive attendance and enhance fan experiences through strategic marketing initiatives and effective project management at TMU.
