Job Summary

Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. We focus on venue marketing, communications, and event marketing across Canada, from clubs to stadium level concerts.

This full‑time position reports to the Director of Social Media and works closely with the social media and marketing teams. The role supports organic social posting, content development, and customer service, including real‑time capture and posting of night‑of‑show content.

• Post across multiple social channels with high public visibility, ensuring approvals are in place.
• Publish night‑of‑show content for concerts, events, venues, and festivals, including evenings and weekends.
• Manage an extensive content calendar across platforms, balancing shifting timelines and priorities.
• Write copy and pair assets for various venue brands and scenarios.
• Proof content and copy to ensure quality and accuracy before posting.
• Create assets for venue and brand campaigns.
• Troubleshoot, escalating, and responding to high‑volume customer service inquiries and DMs.
• Respond to high‑level issues in real time, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with team members to build and execute content plans for key events and venues.
• Create recaps and reporting to track metrics, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Stay current on relevant social media platforms and opportunities for Live Nation Canada’s channels.
• Support other departments and areas of the business as needed.
• Maintain shared calendars, tracking documents, and project management platforms.
• Participate in special projects and perform related duties as requested.

• 3–5 years of experience with key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, Snap, Tik Tok, and similar social media.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in a 10–6 office role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout, Canva, and other workplace tools.
• Basic graphic design skills for resizing and editing assets.
• Passion for events, marketing, and social media.
• Clear and persuasive copywriting skills adaptable to varying formats, brands, and tones.
• Exceptional ability to multi‑task, stay organized, and manage tight deadlines and high volume.
• Strong analytical skills for impactful reporting, insight identification, and data‑driven decisions.

Sits for extended periods at a computer station; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally moves to access file cabinets and office equipment; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
