In this position under the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will execute customer marketing initiatives by building and optimizing campaigns.
Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective outreach, assessing campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with standards. Your insights and recommendations will enhance customer retention and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement customer marketing campaigns across CRM channels
• Develop campaign briefs and define target audiences
• Write, edit, and optimize marketing content
• Utilize marketing automation to deploy campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing for ongoing performance improvement
Requirements:
• 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or CRM
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools
• Strong attention to detail for campaign QA
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
