Position: Proposal and Marketing Specialist Role

In this position, you will play a key role in managing the proposal response process, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and effective RFP submissions. Your ability to create high-quality marketing materials will also support various promotional activities and events critical to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and market requests

• Develop quality content including firm information and project summaries

• Design marketing materials for events and submissions

• Oversee proposal printing and assembly processes

• Coordinate proposal plans and inter-team communications

Requirements:

• Relevant education in Marketing or Communications

• 8+ years experience in proposal development

• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong editing and writing capabilities

• Proven ability to manage time efficiently
