Take the lead in marketing operations with Toronto Transit Commission. This role involves managing campaigns, improving processes, and enhancing customer experience in a temporary, hybrid setting.
TTC is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join its dynamic Marketing and Customer Experience department for up to twelve months. You will handle stakeholder requests, manage creative and marketing projects, and ensure quality assurance across various initiatives. Collaboration with IT and Procurement is essential to achieve seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine internal marketing processes
• Handle internal service requests and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure quality assurance in all department deliverables
• Report and track performance indicators
• Facilitate training and development programs
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or similar discipline
• Proven experience in project management
• Familiarity with MS Project and similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Efficiency in managing deadlines across projects
