Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance assessments and strategic planning sessions
• Mentor paid social team members for effective execution
• Ensure adherence to brand safety and best practices
• Work with various teams to align on campaign goals
Requirements:
• 7+ years in online advertising, at least 5 driven by client needs
• In-depth knowledge of paid social platforms
• Demonstrated experience in team coaching and feedback
• Proficient in Excel; experience with PowerPoint or Word
• Capability to manage diverse client campaigns efficiently
