Social Media Coordinator (Temp. Full time position - 6 months) Summary

Execaire Aviation, a luxury private aviation brand, is seeking a highly organized, creative, and digitally fluent Social Media Coordinator to support the planning, creation, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives. The role requires strong understanding of luxury brand storytelling, social media trends, short‑form video, campaign coordination, and marketing operations. Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, advanced video editing, workflow efficiency, and performance analysis is essential.

The ideal candidate will use AI to improve speed, creativity, and marketing output while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across approved platforms, including reels, short‑form videos, graphics, stories, static posts, and campaign content.
  • Use advanced AI tools to support video creation and editing, content ideation, scripting, caption writing, creative concepts, content repurposing, visual storytelling, and platform‑specific optimization.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars across multiple brands, balancing brand storytelling, aircraft sales, charter services, lifestyle content, recruitment, events, campaigns, and business priorities.
  • Write polished, engaging, and brand‑appropriate captions for luxury aviation audiences.
  • Stay current on social media trends, short‑form video best practices, AI content tools, digital marketing trends, and emerging creative formats.
  • Support campaign execution by building timelines, coordinating stakeholder input, tracking approvals, managing campaign checklists, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support website and CMS updates, including uploading approved content, updating aircraft listings and landing pages, coordinating with web developers, and checking links, CTAs, forms, and SEO basics.
  • Coordinate sales and business development materials, including aircraft sales sheets, charter fleet sheets, market reports, broker campaign assets, one‑pagers, and other collateral.
  • Pull analytics from social media, email, CRM, website, and campaign platforms, and prepare simple weekly reporting on what launched, what is pending, what is blocked, and what can be improved.
  • Coordinate internally with departments, vendors, freelancers, and agency partners to gather content, manage assets, and move projects forward.
  • Maintain organized campaign trackers, approval documents, asset libraries, creative files, photography, video, AI‑generated drafts, and project materials.
  • Ensure all content, including AI‑assisted content and video edits, is reviewed, accurate, polished, on brand, and aligned with luxury aviation standards.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing coordination, content creation, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media content.
  • Experience with short‑form video, reels, social media storytelling, and digital content production.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools for video creation, video editing, content ideation, scripting, captioning, content repurposing, workflow efficiency, and performance analysis.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences.
  • Experience with content calendars, campaign timelines, approvals, and marketing workflows.
  • Comfortable coordinating campaign assets, email campaign support, Word Press website updates, and basic marketing collateral. Proficiency in Word Press is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, luxury branding, digital storytelling, and AI‑supported content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow‑up skills.
  • Experience in aviation, luxury, travel, hospitality, automotive, real estate, or high‑net‑worth client marketing is an asset.
