Provider Manager for Digital Marketplace

Lead the growth of Independent Software Vendors at App Direct as a Provider Manager. Manage 100 ISVs, drive marketing initiatives, and collaborate for optimal marketplace presence.

As a Provider Manager at App Direct, you'll take charge of operational and strategic management of ISVs. This position demands skills in vendor management, sales enablement, and partnership optimization. You’ll work closely with top revenue-generating partners to ensure their offerings are fully supported and compliant on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of ~100 ISV providers effectively

• Maintain data integrity for organization profiles

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with top 20 ISVs

• Aid ISVs in developing sales training and marketing materials

• Ensure seamless product launch coordination for new offerings

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management

• Familiarity with indirect technology channels

• Background in subscription commerce and App Direct platform

• Proficient in managing marketing funds and campaigns

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
