Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Coordinator – Merchandising to partner with Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Managers in executing brand activities and merchandising initiatives across key accounts, including Industrial Channel accounts and The Home Depot. The role focuses on generating demand for Milwaukee products while delivering profitable growth.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and execute branding initiatives that generate demand for Milwaukee innovation.
  • Collaborate with key accounts, graphics department and vendors to develop merchandising solutions, marketing collaterals, and concept renderings.
  • Act as the main contact for shop‑in‑shop customer experiences such as Red Zone and Lightning Zone Programs, handling daily inquiries and providing in‑field solutions.
  • Support the brand manager in developing unique point‑of‑purchase (POP), creative and fixture requirements for all in‑store activities to drive brand awareness and new product launches.
  • Manage the RED Hub ordering platform for current and future SWAS customers—review orders, test site functionality, maintain account information, and provide inventory level analysis.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source premium products for branded incentives and SWAG, enhancing sales and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor competitive activity, merchandising trends, and solutions in the market.
  • Oversee the development and production of brand assets including Canadianized literature, sell sheets, fact tags, and other corporate marketing materials.
What You Will Bring
  • 1–2 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding, Merchandising, or a related field, supported by a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another relevant discipline.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization and high‑accuracy execution skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, excellence, integrity, and accountability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
  • Curiosity and customer‑focus, with an interest in market, consumer and customer insights.
  • Proactive learner who embraces feedback and takes initiative to solve challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
