Compliance Supervisor at Questrade

Lead compliance efforts as the Supervisor of Business Integrity at Questrade Financial Group. This pivotal role focuses on reviewing marketing materials and ensuring regulatory adherence in a hybrid work environment.

You will be responsible for the compliance approval process of marketing content across all QFG entities. This position involves significant interaction with compliance regulations including CIRO and CASL, as well as working closely with specialized teams for material review. Your expertise will play a vital role in safeguarding compliance while driving efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central compliance contact for marketing approvals

• Review materials against CIRO IDPC and other regulations

• Verify claims and disclosures in marketing content

• Improve intake and approval workflow continuously

• Train business units on marketing compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Several years of compliance experience in financial firms

• Minimum two years relevant CIRO-approved experience

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards

• Skill in supervising and developing compliance staff

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
