A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is required, along with two years of direct CRM experience. Your focus will be on segmenting data for targeted communications that enhance student recruitment and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate electronic content for student engagement

• Utilize CRM for data-driven marketing strategies

• Update and manage digital journeys for communication

• Collaborate with key partners for accurate information dissemination

• Stay current on web and digital trends in communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

• Two years of experience with CRM software like Salesforce

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of data privacy laws and web accessibility
