Client Services Internship

Position: Dream Unlimited Client Services Internship
Experience the role of Client Services Intern with Dream Unlimited in Toronto. This hands-on position supports client interactions, leasing documentation, and event planning.

As an intern for 8 months starting September 2026, you will play a crucial role in our Tenant Experience & Office Leasing team. Focused on communication and organization, you will engage with clients, assist in creating content for marketing, and collaborate with various teams to enhance client experiences.

This role offers exposure to commercial real estate and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create bi-weekly updates for clients

• Plan tenant events and promotional activities

• Assist with drafting leasing documentation

• Support tenant surveys to collect insights

• Coordinate with marketing for project supplies

Requirements:

• Enrolled in post-secondary education in Business or Marketing

• Familiarity with MS Office and creative tools

• Strong communication and planning abilities

• Flexibility to work onsite and adjust hours

• Experience in social media marketing is a plus
