Under the guidance of the Director, Admissions Project, the CRM Marketing Specialist will utilize CRM tools to create compelling messaging for students.
Your role will involve segmenting audiences and enhancing content for effective marketing automation. Collaborating with various faculties, you will ensure accurate information dissemination and improve student services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute effective student communications
• Ensure content is accurate and relevant through collaboration
• Utilize CRM insights for audience segmentation
• Develop journeys for email marketing campaigns
• Monitor web technology trends to enhance practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Minimum of two years working with CRM systems
• Familiarity with marketing tools and MS Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Capacity to multitask under tight deadlines
