The role includes high-level collaboration with client services and creative teams to develop compelling activation plans and facilitate brand planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft strategies that influence HCPs and patient behaviors

• Write and lead the development of impactful activation briefs

• Assist in conducting annual brand planning with clients

• Organize and facilitate strategic workshops

• Create frameworks to measure and learn from campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare strategy experience

• Familiarity with agency work processes

• Experience with both HCP and consumer audiences

• Strong analytical and presentation skills

• Fluent in English, French is an asset
