Job Description
The Senior Copywriter partners with Art Directors, Strategy, Medical, and Client Service teams to develop creative that is strategically grounded and medically accurate. This role leads concept development and copy execution across campaigns while mentoring junior creatives. The Senior Copywriter ensures all work aligns with brand strategy, regulatory standards, and competitive landscapes.
What You’ll Do
Develop compelling written content that communicates key messages effectively.
Research topics thoroughly and incorporate relevant insights into work.
Collaborate with creative and strategy partners to ensure alignment.
Refine and optimize copy based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
Requirements:
3+ years of copywriting experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
Ability to support messaging strategies and copy guidelines; understanding of brand voice and healthcare compliance requirements.
Prior exposure to the MLR/PRC review process and experience adapting copy for regulated healthcare environments, including ISI management, fair balance, and claims substantiation workflows.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Decisive problem solving abilities.
Desired:
Experience working with clients in life sciences in therapeutic areas such as dermatology, oncology, rare disease, cardiovascular, and neurology.
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and attention to detail.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $80,000 - $95,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
