What You’ll Do
As Consumer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Canadian commercial team by developing and executing impactful branded and unbranded direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns and initiatives for consumer education, engagement, and activation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead consumer-focused marketing activities designed to increase awareness, engagement, and consumer activation across an allergy portfolio, including allergic rhinitis and anaphylaxis.

This role requires a digital-first mindset, a strong consumer‑centric approach, and the ability to translate insights into meaningful campaigns and experiences. The successful candidate will bring DTC marketing expertise in any industry, analytical capabilities, creativity, project management skills, and a high level of agility and curiosity. The candidate will collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, including sales, market access/public affairs, medical, legal, regulatory, agencies, and external regulatory bodies such as Ad Standards Canada.

Plan and execute digital HCP journeys and omnichannel campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize engagement.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.

2 – 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, and/or campaign management in any industry.

Experience developing and executing omnichannel DTC campaigns required.

Experience managing media agency relationships and overseeing media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels.

Hands‑on experience with influencer marketing programs, including talent identification, campaign execution, and performance measurement is preferred.

Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital performance measurement tools.

Hands‑on approach with the ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, from ideation to execution.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.

Proven ability to bring a consumer‑centric perspective to marketing initiatives, ensuring they resonate with patient needs and expectations.

Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.

Basic graphic design skills a plus.

Passionate about improving patient outcomes and simplifying complex processes with creative solutions.
