We’re looking for a Content Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and AI-powered efficiency.

This role focuses on creating high-impact, short-form content that drives engagement and action, including campaign emails, ad copy, website messaging, and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life through clear, compelling, and conversion-focused writing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative writer and modern content creator who understands how to blend human insight with AI tools to produce smarter, faster, and more effective content at scale.

This is a new role.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work three days a week at our Toronto office (351 King St E, Toronto, ON).

What you will be doing:

Short-Form Content Creation

Write compelling, high-performing copy for:
Campaign emails Paid and organic ads Website pages and landing pages Social and digital content

Craft clear, engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives

Translate complex ideas into simple, impactful content that resonates with target audiences

Campaign & Conversion Focus

Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to support campaign execution

Develop content optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and conversion

Continuously refine messaging based on performance and insights

AI-Driven Content Creation

Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, writing, and content production

Use AI to improve speed, scalability, and personalization across content outputs

Experiment with new tools and approaches to continuously evolve how content is created and delivered

Performance & Optimization

Analyze content performance and apply learnings to improve future outputs

Test variations of messaging and formats to optimize results

Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to align content with business goals

Long-Form Content Support

Contribute to blog posts, articles, and other long-form content as needed

Support content repurposing, turning long-form content into engaging short-form assets

Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all formats

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on short-form, high-impact content

Experience writing for digital channels (email, ads, web, and social)

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, and a willingness to experiment and learn

Ability to balance creativity with performance and business objectives

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

Salary Range: The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000 CAD and $80,000 CAD per year.
