About Vidsy
Vidsy is a global creative platform transforming how the world’s biggest brands create video advertising across paid social. With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers such as L’Oréal, Amazon and Pepsi Co to produce creator- and AI-powered video advertising at scale.
The RoleAs a Creative at Vidsy, you are the visionary behind the scroll. You’ll live at the intersection of creativity and production, turning brand goals into high‑performing social content. You’ll spend your days concepting, directing our global Creator community, and collaborating with our in‑house Motion Design team to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do- Concept & Direct:
Develop social‑first concepts for brands such as Pepsi, L’Oreal, Google, and Warner Bros. - The Bridge:
Act as the creative glue between our Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers. - Direct Creators:
Brief and direct our external Creator community to ensure authentic, high‑quality UGC. - Trend‑Jack:
Keep your finger on the pulse of platform shifts (Tik Tok, Reels, Snap) so our clients stay ahead of the curve. - Pitch & Present:
Confidently share your creative vision with major enterprise clients. - Mentor & Support:
Serve as a senior member of the team, mentoring and supporting new additions.
- 4–5 years (or equivalent) of experience within the creative industry or social content production.
- Client professional with extensive client‑facing experience, pitching ideas and securing client buy‑in.
- Social native:
Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Meta, and Snap platform nuances. - Portfolio: A showcase of work that demonstrates extensive experience in creating social‑first content.
- Creative visionary:
Ability to generate concepts for diverse brands—beauty, gaming, tech—on the fly. - Communication:
Comfortable leading client calls and presenting ideas with conviction.
- Briefing skills:
Experience briefing UGC creators, editors, and motion designers. - Technical literacy:
Familiarity with Adobe Suite and the video production workflow. - AI enthusiast:
Already experimenting with AI tools to speed up ideation or production.
- Competitive Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 CAD (based on experience)

You’ll report to Remi, our Creative Director, who has established Vidsy’s North American presence, launching first in NYC and expanding into Toronto. He mentors talent and drives creative success.
