Reporting to the Manager, Engagement & Secondary, you'll assist in shaping effective communication strategies for various ticketing initiatives. Your input will be vital in crafting clear, engaging content that enhances the fan experience across multiple channels. You’ll also coordinate tasks with internal and external partners efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the ticketing email campaign lifecycle
• Aid in the organization of project briefings and approvals
• Collaborate on campaign development with stakeholders
• Monitor and track project timelines for accuracy
• Produce engaging, audience-focused copy
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a marketing or communications role
• Strong skills in MS Excel for data management
• Proficient in writing for digital communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate about sports and its marketing
