Account Supervisor Position

Join DEPT as an Account Supervisor in Toronto, working in a hybrid model. Drive creative campaigns and foster client relationships while overseeing diverse project management responsibilities.

As part of the Global Studios team, this 12-month fixed-term contract supports innovative digital communications. You will lead the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring high-quality results by collaborating with Designers and Copywriters.

This role offers the chance to enhance client satisfaction while navigating the marketing landscape effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client brief management and reviews

• Collaborate with the Account Director to prioritize workloads

• Clarify client queries and manage expectations proactively

• Communicate client feedback to internal teams effectively

• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings

Requirements:

• Proven agency experience in Account Supervision or Senior Management

• Expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies and CRM

• Deep understanding of interactive production processes

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects

• Proactive mindset for navigating ambiguous client requests
