This role at Blue Cat requires a detail-oriented expert to manage customer-faceted communications. You will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to execute impactful communication campaigns. By coordinating the communications calendar and performance metrics, you will ensure messages align with customer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead customer announcements and product communications

• Oversee customer engagement campaigns and newsletters

• Collaborate with multiple teams for strategic messaging

• Execute workshops and webinars to enhance product understanding

• Analyze communication effectiveness and suggest enhancements

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar

• 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing experience

• Experienced in using Salesforce and Marketo

• Strong judgement in communication quality and detail

• Proficient in translating technical concepts into clear messaging
