Trade Marketing Intern at COTY

This operational role reports to the Trade Marketing & CMI Team Lead and collaborates with teams from Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will engage in diverse sales and marketing functions while leading the National Display strategy from development to execution. Be prepared to manage approvals, oversee plan changes, and lead National Sales Release meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead National Display strategy development and execution

• Collaborate with Marketing partners on display strategies

• Manage display alignment and approval processes

• Roll up plan changes for National/Account reporting

• Conduct regular promotional reviews with NAMS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of marketing or sales experience required

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Passion for the beauty industry and its trends
