Step up as the Event Team Leader for Halo Top's activation in Toronto. Lead a passionate team and create engaging experiences over two exciting event days.

Pivotal to the success of this experiential marketing activation, the Team Leader role requires you to supervise operations and ensure smooth event execution. You’ll manage setup procedures and oversee the Brand Ambassador team to meet guest experience standards. Experience in event management is preferred, alongside a Food Handler certification to guarantee a safe consumer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site operations and serve as the event contact

• Organize event setup, execution, and cleanup after

• Ensure the Brand Ambassador team meets guest engagement goals

• Manage product inventory and activation-related assets

• Keep the activation space clean and safety-compliant

Requirements:

• Must be Food Handler certified

• Valid full G driver’s license essential

• Prior experience in event or promotional management desired

• Strong leadership and communication abilities needed

• Participation in training and event days is mandatory
