Position: Account Supervisor at DEPT®
Lead integrated campaigns for top clients as an Account Supervisor at DEPT® in Toronto, working in a hybrid format. You'll combine account management with strategic insights to drive impactful campaigns.

This role within the Global Studios team involves overseeing campaign deliveries and managing client relationships effectively. As an Account Supervisor, you'll collaborate with Designers and Developers while ensuring agency profitability. Your strategic approach will help navigate client requests, maintain timelines, and oversee production processes. Additionally, you'll produce high-quality digital communications for clients like Google and Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review client briefs efficiently

• Manage timelines and client expectations across campaigns

• Translate client feedback to creative teams effectively

• Provide strategic direction for ambiguous requests

• Ensure projects meet budget and creative standards

Requirements:

• Agency experience in Client Services or as a Senior Account Manager

• Multichannel marketing communication experience

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Iterable

• Strategic and organized with multiple priorities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
