Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery

Responsibilities

• Design/execute/measure high impact direct to consumer marketing experiments
• Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders based on the understanding of the businesses
• Work in Data Bricks, use SQL as one of the main programming languages
• Build and deploy marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Lead the configuration of audience entry source, exit criteria, re-entry criteria
• Oversee journey planning and execution including technical reviews and quality control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Continuously improve campaign design and delivery

• Minimum 3+ years of SQL
• Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud automation experience
• Solid CRM experience and understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
• Solid experience owning multi-audience campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Proficient in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and dynamic content scripting
• Strong knowledge of CASL and other regulatory frameworks applicable to email marketing in Canada
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Experience with Agile methodologies
