The company is looking for a Resident Content Creator, embedded with the team and owning the craft from pre‑production to post. While the Head of Marketing owns the calendar, the strategy, and the machine, you own the story: what to capture, how to shape it, and how to make it earn attention.

Rate:

$70,000–$90,000 CAD base salary plus performance bonus.

• Documentary instinct:
  You see the story in an ordinary Tuesday and you press record before you are asked
• Output quality:
  Content ships on time, on brand, and at a standard you would put your name on permanently. If it is not a B+, it does not go out
• Ownership:
  If it ships, you made it happen. If something breaks, you surface it immediately and come with a fix
• Story‑first editing:
  You know why a video works: hook, tension, payoff. Not just how to cut it
• Short‑form fluency:
  You understand what actually earns reach on platform and you study it deliberately

  You ship daily‑grade volume without dropping the quality bar
