As a critical team player, you'll take the lead in delivering major proposals, overseeing every stage from research to interview close-outs. This role requires a meticulous approach to transform complex requirements into persuasive narratives. With your experience in the AEC industry, you'll promote the company’s vision by working alongside marketing and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion delivery of proposals and business development materials

• Oversee proposal research and facilitate delivery processes

• Collaborate on pursuit strategy with marketing and practitioners

• Improve systems and processes for the proposal pipeline

• Write compelling non-technical proposal sections

Requirements:

• University degree with 5+ years in AEC industry

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent storytelling capabilities
