Creative Project Specialist

Aquent is partnering with a leading global retail organization to hire a Creative Delivery Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting a fast-paced in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, coordinating creative workflows, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time across both print and digital channels.

You’ll work closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, designers, and creative leadership to help bring retail campaigns to life.

• Manage creative projects from intake through final delivery
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with business teams and marketers to ensure project requirements are clear
• Support designers by helping remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum
• Proof creative assets and ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Monitor project status within Workfront and related systems
• Assist with workload management and project coordination
• Support creative delivery across print, POP, and digital channels

• 3–5 years of experience in creative services, project management, traffic management, or creative operations
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, or in-house studio environments
• Knowledge of both print/POP production and digital creative workflows
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Agency experience
• Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
• Experience supporting U.S. business units

The target hiring compensation range for this role is C $27 to C $33/hr compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
