Located at Rogers Centre, this position seeks a dynamic Team Lead for two specific event dates. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in experiential marketing or leadership roles, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. You will lead event operations, engage fans, and manage the audience experience while promoting the beloved Planters brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site event operations and team supervision

• Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown processes

• Manage inventory and materials for the activation

• Ensure seamless fan engagement through games and sampling

• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues proactively

Requirements:

• Previous team lead experience in events or promotions

• Strong leadership and organizational skills required

• Outgoing personality to engage with the public

• Must attend mandatory training on July 21

• Availability for both activation dates
