Aquent is partnering with a leading Canadian retail organization to hire a Freelance Copywriter who will create engaging customer-facing marketing content across digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-visibility promotional campaigns while collaborating with experienced creative, marketing, and design teams.

• Write compelling promotional copy across digital channels
• Create copy for emails, landing pages, banner ads, and social media
• Edit stakeholder requests into customer-focused messaging
• Ensure consistency with the established brand voice
• Proofread and refine copy before launch
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and creative teams
• Participate in creative reviews and revision cycles
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
• Strong retail, consumer brand, or agency experience
• Outstanding grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience writing digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration and time management skills

• Canadian retail or ecommerce experience
• Agency background
