· TEAM's Toronto office, you will contribute to the Golf Talent division, recognized as a leader in sponsorship marketing. Key responsibilities include coordinating client schedules, arranging travel, and preparing marketing materials. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and edit athlete biographical information
• Assist in organizing client schedules and sponsorship outings
• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients and staff
• Prepare media summaries and track social media activity
• Organize meetings and conference calls efficiently
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or Sports Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Eligible for course credit upon completion
