Creative Strategist

Bree seeks an innovative Creative Strategist to drive performance and orchestrate creative strategies for our growing team. Be the architect of impactful campaigns while analyzing data trends for success.

As a key player in Bree’s rapid growth, your role as a Creative Strategist will blend creative vision with rigorous data insight. You will manage a diverse team and maintain production workflows, ensuring alignment with branding and market trends. This position demands a detail-oriented mindset with a strong analytical approach to creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekly production pipeline across the creative team

• Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer on campaign performance

• Develop and implement creator and influencer partnership strategies

• Build and streamline operational systems for the creative department

• Approve all UGC and static content briefs for performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Creative Strategy or Performance Marketing

• Experience managing diverse creative teams effectively

• Strong background in paid social channels

• Proficient in data analysis and creative audits

• Ability to adapt and execute in a hands-on manner
