The Junior Client Relations & Social Media Coordinator supports both our Business Development and Marketing teams by helping strengthen client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and enhancing Condor Security's online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging content, organizing projects, and learning how sales and marketing work together.

• Assist with maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Conduct client follow‑up calls and satisfaction check‑ins
• Coordinate meetings and presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Support proposal preparation and contract documentation
• Assist with client appreciation initiatives

• Research prospective clients and industries
• Help identify new business opportunities
• Support outbound email and Linked In outreach
• Attend networking events and trade shows
• Assist with lead generation campaigns
• Schedule meetings for senior business development staff

• Create and schedule social media content across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos from company events, community initiatives, and employee recognition programs
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate
• Assist with blog posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
• Help maintain website content
• Track social media analytics and campaign performance

• Assist with marketing materials and presentations
• Coordinate promotional items and branded materials
• Support event planning
• Maintain marketing calendars
• Other related duties as assigned

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable speaking with clients professionally
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Express is considered an asset
• Familiarity with Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid G driver's licence is an asset
• Photography or video editing experience is an asset
