About the Role

Our mission is to make every deal a closed deal, and we're entering an exciting new chapter. As we roll out a new version of Proposify, we have a unique opportunity to introduce a more powerful platform to new buyers while helping existing customers adopt what's next and realize even more value from the way they create, send, and win proposals.

That's where this role comes in.

We're looking for an experienced, strategic Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, customer success, and go-to-market execution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership, you'll help prospects understand the value of Proposify, support existing customers through the adoption of new capabilities, and equip internal teams with the insights and resources they need to win.

Your work will influence everything from product launches and customer adoption to competitive positioning and sales enablement.

What You'll Do (and love doing)
Product Positioning & Messaging

Help prospects, customers, and internal teams understand the value of Proposify and what makes us different.

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits and outcomes.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on customer, market, and product insights.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

Bring new products and feature releases to market in a way that drives awareness, adoption, and business impact.

  • Lead launch planning and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities.
  • Measure launch success and optimize future launches.
Product Adoption & Customer Growth

Help customers adopt new features, realize value faster, and get more from Proposify over time.

  • Develop adoption and lifecycle programs.
  • Analyze product usage and customer behaviour.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to improve adoption, reduce churn, and support expansion.
Customer Segmentation & Research

Develop a deep understanding of customers, buyers, and the market to inform product marketing decisions.

  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research.
  • Develop customer segments, personas, and buyer journeys.
  • Turn insights into stronger positioning, launches, and adoption initiatives.
Competitive Intelligence

Help Proposify differentiate itself in a competitive market and equip teams with the insights they need to win.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Create competitive enablement resources.
  • Share insights that strengthen positioning and customer conversations.
Pricing & Packaging

Support pricing and packaging initiatives that align customer value, market positioning, and business goals.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to help shape and execute pricing and packaging initiatives.
  • Conduct customer, market, and product usage research to help inform pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Support pricing and packaging rollouts.
Sales & Customer Success Enablement

Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and resources they need to confidently communicate Proposify's value.

  • Create product-focused enablement materials.
  • Support launch readiness and ongoing product education.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to identify enablement opportunities.
Content & Marketing Asset Development

Create content and experiences that support product launches, customer adoption, and engagement.
