In this essential role, you will support marketing activities and oversee customer service initiatives for Hospitality & Ancillary Services. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Strategist, you'll contribute to digital presence and promote departmental services. Your efforts will resonate at campus events, ensuring a strong connection between services offered and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create social media content and updates

• Produce marketing and promotional materials

• Maintain website content accuracy and relevance

• Support event initiatives and community education

• Ensure excellent front-line customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications

• Four years of relevant experience in client-facing roles

• High proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe software

• Strong skills in digital communications and media

• Excellent time management and organization skills
