Elevate Animal Alliance of Canada’s mission as a part time Communications Manager in a remote or hybrid setting. Focus on fundraising, advocacy, and public education through crafted communications.

The role, a six-month contract, is vital for creating compelling material across channels like social media and email. Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, this position requires a blend of strong writing and organizational skills. You will manage everyday communications and engage supporters through meaningful content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create communications materials for diverse platforms

• Transform long-form content into digestible formats

• Draft social media assets, captions, and graphics

• Coordinate content scheduling across channels

• Analyze social media engagement and trends

Requirements:

• Proven writing and editing experience in nonprofit settings

• Familiarity with email marketing and content management

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects

• Good judgment and attention to detail
