Position: Strategic Communications Role
Join Toronto Community Housing as a Communications Consultant and lead transformative communication initiatives. This hybrid role requires exceptional strategic thinking and a strong portfolio of written work.

As a Communications Consultant, you will support the Tenant Communications team by reporting to the Manager, Tenant Marketing & Communications during your contract. You will spearhead communications that resonate with tenants and stakeholders, reflecting the organization’s strategic priorities. Expectations include collaborating to build effective narratives that support a tenant-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and publish communication materials for diverse audiences

• Counsel corporate divisions on communication strategies

• Create effective presentations and key messages

• Manage digital content, social media, and public relations materials

• Represent Toronto Community Housing to community partners

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Communications, PR, or similar

• 3-5 years of strategic communications experience

• Proven ability in digital content strategy development

• Excellent organizational and networking skills

• Strong attention to detail and project management ability
