In this pivotal role within the Portfolio & Organic Growth Office, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to define TELUS Health’s enterprise Organic Growth Strategy. You will analyze market insights to prioritize actionable growth opportunities effectively while aligning strategy with global health priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Organic Growth Strategy for TELUS Health
• Identify and frame cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Translate customer insights into strategic growth actions
• Produce and manage the Monthly Insight Pack
• Support stakeholder engagement and investor communications
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in strategy or growth roles
• Strong analytical and narrative creation skills
• Experience across Product, Marketing, and Customer teams
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Familiarity with health, digital health, or SaaS sectors
