Position: Assistant Brand Manager at Dermalogica
Join Dermalogica as an Assistant Brand Manager, where you'll enhance brand strategy and marketing initiatives in a hybrid model. Drive growth in the Canadian market and lead creative B2B campaigns.

As a pivotal member of our Canadian Marketing team, you'll support brand strategy and execute marketing plans that encompass new product launches and trade promotions. This position emphasizes project management, analytical skills, and attention to detail, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic brand plan execution and new product launches

• Measure and report performance against KPIs and ROI

• Identify growth opportunities via sales data and market insights

• Lead cross-functional teams for effective merchandising and activation

• Manage SKU processes for product consistency and health

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing

• 2-4 years of brand management experience in B2B

• Strong English communication skills;
French is a plus

• Proficient in project management and multitasking

• Ability to analyze trends and provide recommendations
