Position: Alterna Corporate Communications Expert
Drive impactful communication strategies at Alterna as a Corporate Communications Expert based in Toronto. Leverage your exceptional writing skills to craft messages that resonate with both members and staff.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, this position is critical for executing a variety of communication efforts across the organization. You will manage content for diverse platforms, from employee newsletters to public relations materials. Your ability to cultivate influential relationships with senior leadership will help synchronize messaging and effectively communicate Alterna’s values to its members and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create multi-channel communication content

• Develop communication plans tailored for specific audiences

• Liaise with vendors supporting PR and translation tasks

• Monitor success metrics for corporate communication efforts

• Present a professional image to represent the brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

• Minimum 5 years in communications

• Expertise in writing diverse communication materials

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities

• High proficiency in MS Office suite
