Osler is in search of a highly organized Marketing Coordinator for its dynamic Client Development and Marketing team. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and includes project management and digital content responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing project timelines and report on progress

• Act as the  administrator for workflow accuracy

• Collaborate with vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets

• Manage logistics for production and update project stakeholders

• Publish website updates on Word Press with bilingual content

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma in marketing, communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in professional services marketing

• Proficiency in project management tools, preferably

• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills for professional engagement
