This role is open to candidates in any of the five cities we have offices - Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary or Vancouver.

BLG's brand is built through the stories we tell about our people, values and impact. As Specialist, Marketing and Communications, you'll bring those stories to life.

Working at the intersection of brand, culture and people, you'll develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that strengthen BLG's talent brand, support EDI initiatives and showcase our alumni, community and ESG programs. You'll partner closely with the Talent, EDI and Business Development teams to translate priorities into compelling content, campaigns and channel strategies that engage the right audiences.

This role is ideal for a curious, proactive communicator who understands that great storytelling starts with empathy. You bring strong writing skills, sound judgment and a passion for creating inclusive, audience-focused content that connects brand to values.

Success in this role is measured by the quality and impact of BLG's talent, EDI and brand program communications, as well as engagement with key audiences across recruitment, alumni, community and culture initiatives.
