Lead Plus Company’s social media strategy on Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok as a Social Media Manager. Drive engagement through creative content and community management across platforms.

As a key member of Cossette’s marketing team, you'll own content creation and strategy that aligns with platform goals. With a minimum of three years of agency or brand experience, you will concept, produce, and publish engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. Your expertise will help amplify Cossette’s story and drive desired outcomes across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end strategy for Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok

• Create original, platform-specific content across all channels

• Manage a detailed content calendar and approval processes

• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data

• Appear on camera to enhance audience engagement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of social media experience, preferably agency-side

• Strong writing skills for diverse formats

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and mobile editing tools

• Deep platform knowledge and trend identification

• Organized self-starter with a creative mindset
