Your role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to develop data-driven marketing plans and community outreach initiatives. You'll also manage project deliverables and ensure effective stakeholder communications for optimal engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audience growth strategies for sports content

• Create data-first marketing initiatives in consultation with teams

• Manage deliverables and post-reporting processes diligently

• Organize community events to boost audience outreach

• Liaise with National Sports Organizations for engagement opportunities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing/Advertising preferred

• 5+ years of integrated marketing experience in sports

• Understanding of Canada’s sports communities is essential

• Proven skills in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Strong writing, editing, and strategic thinking abilities
