Reports to:

Head of Marketing

SCOPE

This role is the engine room of the marketing department. The Marketing Manager is more of an executor and integrator than a visionary. This is the person who takes the department’s biggest ideas (campaigns, launches, partnerships, activations) and turns them into real, on-time outcomes. The Head of Marketing and pillar leads own strategy, and Creative owns creative direction and output, but none of it ships without this role running the project management underneath it.

The difference this role makes is the difference between an idea and an execution: taking "we want to do X" and turning it into a plan with owners, timelines, and dependencies, then holding the team to it until it’s live.

RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management for Big Ideas
  • Translate department priorities (campaigns, launches, collabs, activations) into structured project plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Break down big-picture concepts from the Head of Marketing and Creative into concrete, sequenced tasks that teams can execute against.
  • Track progress across every live initiative, flag risks and slippage early, and course-correct before deadlines slip.
  • Run the cadence that keeps big ideas moving through check-ins and status updates, so nothing stalls waiting on a decision or handoff.
  • Own key messaging and headlines so every channel is telling the same campaign story.
  • Hold the meetings and alignment needed to connect strategy across channels, clarifying what is happening, how it is happening, and where and when it is happening.
  • Align key stakeholders around campaign concepts, including creative direction, creators, affiliates, and other cross-functional inputs.
  • Write ecommerce copy for website, product, collection, landing page, and launch needs.
Launch Day Ownership
  • Own the project management and internal and external communications about launch days.
  • Own the full picture of what’s happening across marketing on launch day: creative, social, PR, partnerships, and inventory levels.
  • Keep a running mind map for marketing so that when messaging or plans change, all the proper people are informed
  • Integrate real-time inputs such as inventory levels into outbound communications so messaging always reflects the needs of the business
  • Be cross-marketing-department by default, looped into the threads and updates that touch creative, social, partnerships, and growth, not siloed to one lane.
Special Projects & Event Management
  • Own project management for special projects, pop-ups, events, and other one-off initiatives, from first brief to post-mortem.
  • Coordinate timelines and logistics across internal teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Liaise with outside agencies and vendors on execution details, contracts, and timelines.
Marketing Calendar & Communications
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar as the single source of truth, keeping it current across campaigns, launches, and key dates.
  • Coordinate with team members on deliverables and timing across creative, social, partnerships, CRM, and growth.
  • Act as the communications hub that keeps the team aligned on what’s due, who owns it, and when it’s happening.
  • Surface conflicts and bottlenecks across teams before they become launch-day fire drills.
Ecommerce & Website Management
  • Own day-to-day ecommerce management, keeping website content, product and collection information, landing pages, and launch updates accurate and current.
  • Manage website requests as part of marketing execution, coordinating updates across creative, growth, operations, and development so site work supports campaigns and conversion.
  • Use AI agents to scope, delegate, and manage development and other cross-functional requests, turning business needs into clear briefs, tasks, QA, and follow-through.
Performance Awareness
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue against targets in real time, flagging when we're off pace early enough to act. If we're down for a few days in a row, you're the one jumping on quick-turn levers (promo push, email/SMS send, paid spend adjustment, etc.) to help close the gap, not just reporting the dip after the fact.
Ad Hoc Execution Support
