Intact is seeking a Marketing Analyst to spearhead growth through data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills in marketing analytics, performance analysis, and data storytelling. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance decision-making, ensuring effective budget allocation while also aligning ambitions with empirical findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the growth roadmap across channels

• Deliver performance reports with actionable insights

• Analyze marketing performance by channel and recommend budget adjustments

• Maintain Excel forecasting models for budgets and quotes

• Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments for successful execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or relevant field

• 3–5 years in marketing analytics or performance analysis

• Exceptional communication and data storytelling abilities

• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point

• Authorization to work in Canada required
