Events Manager at Eataly

Lead event execution and educational programming with Eataly Toronto as the Events and Education Manager. This role focuses on organizing diverse culinary events and managing a dynamic team.

As an Events and Education Manager at Eataly, you will oversee public and private events, including cooking classes and private receptions for up to 500 guests. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination and excellent communication with clients and teams. You will report to the Marketing Manager and take charge of the La Scuola team’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cooking classes and private dining events

• Handle class registrations and private event inquiries

• Coordinate with chefs and restaurant staff

• Develop public class descriptions and registration pages

• Hire and train Education & Events Associates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Certification in event planning or marketing

• 2+ years in hospitality or events

• Flexible schedule availability

• Ability to stand and move for long hours
