Position: Account Supervisor for DEPT®
Lead diverse marketing campaigns as an Account Supervisor at DEPT® in Toronto. Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of innovative digital communications in a hybrid work setting.

This fixed-term role within DEPT®'s Global Studios team emphasizes collaboration and creativity. You will oversee the entire campaign production process, coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers while maintaining high standards. The position demands strategic planning and account management skills to strengthen client relationships and support project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, draft, and review comprehensive client briefs

• Ensure deadlines across multiple campaigns with the Account Director

• Clarify client needs, managing expectations proactively

• Transfer client feedback clearly to creative teams

• Navigate ambiguous requests, providing strategic direction

Requirements:

• Agency experience in Client Services as Senior Account Manager or Supervisor

• Expertise in multi-channel marketing communication

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
